At Ralica Furniture Houses, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Ensure the furniture or home accessory is securely packed in its original packaging, including all assembly instructions, hardware, and protective materials.

  Arrange Transportation

  Schedule a pickup with our logistics partner or drop off the item at one of our Ralica showrooms, depending on the item size and your location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are undamaged, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
